1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the items, as well as the shipping method selected.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the USA. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Restricted Items: Some items are restricted by law and cannot be shipped. If an item in your order is restricted, you will be notified during the checkout process.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Support at hermartpro@gmail.com or 562-756-9759. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
